The room was a good size, very clean and the fridge and air conditioning worked well. The location was central and convenient to many attractions. The staff was friendly and helpful.

There was no safe in the room and no information provided about the surrounding area. The breakfast was very basic and there were no brochures available in the hotel.

Located in the heart of the city, close to the bustling Old Quarter and just a stone's throw away from Hanoi landmarks, making it easy to explore. the rooms are generally clean and come with a decent sized bed and air conditioning. the staff are friendly and helpful, and the hotel provides a tasty breakfast with a variety of choices.

Be wary of the lack of some common services such as safes in the rooms and brochures about the surrounding areas.
